Shipping Within Canada & the United States
We are pleased to offer free insured shipping on all orders within Canada and the U.S. Each order is shipped with tracking and liability insurance. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days.
Free shipping does not include any applicable import duties, tariffs, taxes or customs charges.
International Orders
At this time, international customers must contact us at jude@judeortiz.com prior to purchasing. We will provide a shipping quote and insurance options based on destination. Orders placed without prior arrangement may be delayed or cancelled.
Packaging
All jewellery is carefully packaged in a white jewellery box. Customers may also choose a complimentary polishing cloth and/or gift bag during checkout.
Insurance
All shipments include insurance coverage up to $500. Please note that some couriers limit jewellery insurance above this amount. We take care to ensure your order is packed securely and shipped with full tracking.
Local Pickup
Customers in Sault Ste. Marie, Canada may arrange free pickup by contacting jude@judeortiz.com.
U.S. Orders: Duties & Taxes
U.S. orders may be subject to import duties, tariffs or other customs charges. These charges are determined by U.S. customs authorities and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Because import requirements can change, we recommend allowing for possible additional charges when ordering from the United States.
We continue to ship U.S. orders with tracking and insurance and will provide the required customs information with each shipment.
Taxes: Canadian GST/HST is not charged on U.S. orders. Your state may require collection of sales tax at delivery or through the carrier.
