Jude Ortiz is happy to offer exchange or credit for your purchase within 21 days providing the goods are unused, fully resalable and returned in the original jewellery box. Some exceptions to exchange or credit may apply, particularly to some custom orders.

To return your jewellery for exchange or store credit, Contact Us. The shipping address is PO Box 23010, Sault Ste. Marie, ON, Canada P6A 6W6.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. if you are shipping from any country outside of Canada, please clearly mark your package that the "Country of Origin is Canada"

Jude Ortiz is not responsible for returned items lost in the delivery. When shipping, you are required to include a signature confirmation and tracking to ensure your package is received by us.
