On the eastern shore of Lake Superior, near Sault Ste. Marie, Canada, Jude Ortiz passionately creates one-of-a-kind studio jewellery. She takes the time to hand-make each piece, drawing inspiration from traditional techniques and the beauty that surrounds her. Engaging her head, heart, and hands, she shapes ideas into reality.
Every item begins with a sketched concept—and a deep conversation with gold, silver, and gemstones. With an intuitive understanding, she guides raw materials into expressions of beauty and elegance for others to enjoy. Driven by a passion for both artistry and research, her creations represent skillful craftsmanship and a sincere commitment to exploring the depths and surprises of the natural world.
